Day 1 – Arrival at Entebbe
On arrival you are warmly received and transferred to the hotel for overnight at Lake Victoria View Guest House/ Papyrus Guest House (BB)
Day 2 – Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
After breakfast, drive through the countryside northwards to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary the only natural habitat to observe Rhinos in Uganda. Lunch then go for the afternoon bush walk through the thickets to see the Rhinos. Dinner and overnight at Ziwa Guest House / Amuka Lodge.Full Board
Day 3 -Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary – Murchison Falls Park
After breakfast you will head to Murchison Falls National Park, the largest park in Uganda with a wide variety of animals and birds. You will drive north through Masindi town, the Budongo forest up to the top of the Murchison Falls. Enjoy the views and sounds of the falls as the River Nile squeezes through a narrow rocky gap. Dinner and overnight at Murchison River Lodge – the Paraa safari Lodge/Pakuba Lodge- Bwana Tembo Lodge. Full Board
Day 4 – Murchison Falls National Park
After breakfast you will have a game drive in search of animals like leopards, elephants, Giraffes, antelopes and Hyenas. Lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a three hours boat cruise on the river Nile upstream to the bottom of the Murchison falls as you watch out for Crocodiles, hippos and colorful birds along the shores.Dinner and overnight at Murchison River Lodge – the Paraa safari Lodge/Pakuba Lodge- Bwana Tembo Lodge.Full Board
Day 5 – Murchison Falls NP – Fort Portal
After breakfast, drive south through villages as you enjoy the beautiful scenary and tea plantations on your way to Fort Portal at the bottom of the Rwenzori mountains. Lunch en routeDinner and overnight at Primates Lodge – Crater Safari Lodge/Chimpanze Guest House – Isunga Lodge. Full Board
Day 6 – Semliki National Park
After breakfast proceed to Semliki National Park through the Rwenzori Mountains. Enjoy the views of the plains stretching up to Congo. You will walk in the jungle and visit to the steamy Hot springs. The forest, animals and birds are an extension of the vast Congo basin. Later transfer to Kibale Forest. Relax by the evening campfire with sounds from the nocturnal animals of the forest.Dinner and overnight at Chimpanzee Guest House (FB) / Primate Lodge.Full Board
Day 7 – Kibale Forest National Park
After breakfast, you will enter the forest for the day’s activity – Chimpanzee tracking. Kibale National Park is a tropical forest home to 12 other primates and 355 bird species. You will enjoy staying with the chimpanzees for an hour as you take Photos and memorable videos. In the afternoon, you can make a nature walk in the Bigodi Swamp and visit the local community or explore the crater lakes around the surrounding hills and valleys. Dinner and overnight at Primates Lodge – Crater Safari Lodge /Chimpanzee Guest House – Primate Lodge. Full Board
Day 8 – Kibale Forest – Queen Elizabeth
Today you will leave Kibale National Park for Queen Elizabeth National Park , you will enjoy the views of the Mountains of the Moon all the way. Make a stop by the Equator and stand in two hemispheres at the same time. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Kasenyi Safari Camp- Mweya Safari Lodge/park View Lodge – Enganzi Lodge. Day 9 – Queen Elizabeth National Park
The day starts with a morning game drive along the tracks of the Kasenyi plains west of the national park. This area is famous for predators like hyenas, leopards, lions, with the antelopes and warthogs as prey. Lunch. After lunch you will embark on a boat cruise along the beautiful Kazinga channel. You will be able to see closely numerous animals that come to the channel for a drink. Hippos, buffaloes, elephants, giant forest hogs, crocodiles and many bird species can be seen in the water or on the banks. Dinner and overnight at Kasenyi Safari Camp- Mweya Safari Lodge/park View Lodge – Enganzi lodge. Full Board
Day 10 – Queen Elizabeth – Ishasha
Have a morning game drive and transfer south of the park to the Ishasha sector. You will arrive in time for lunch. In the afternoon you will embark on a game drive in search of the tree climbing lions. Dinner and overnight at Ishasha Jungle Lodge – Enjojo Lodge.Full Board
Day 11 – Ishasha – Bwindi national Park
After breakfast, you drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Bwindi is one of the places in the world where you find the endangered Mountain Gorillas. On your way you pass through hilly villages, beautiful landscapes and the mountains with breath taking views. Bwindi Impenetrable is a unique montane forest with many wildlife species and birds. Dinner and overnight at Bwindi Engagi Lodge – Bwindi Jungle Lodge /Gorilla Mist Camp – Gorilla Valley Lodge.Full Board
Day 12 – Bwindi Impenetrable forest
After breakfast you will set off to the forest for the long awaited activity,the encounter with the Gorillas which takes 2-6 hours. You will have a memorable hour with them taking photos and videos while observing them closely.Dont forget to carry your packed lunch and water from the lodge as you cannot predict the time that you will get out of the forest. Dinner and overnight at Bwindi Engagi Lodge – Bwindi Jungle Lodge /Gorilla Mist Camp – Gorilla Valley Lodge.Full Board.
Day 13 – Bwindi Impenetrable Forest – Lake Bunyonyi
This morning, after breakfast you drive south towards Lake Bunyonyi, the deepest and most beautiful in Uganda. In the afternoon, relax at the lodge, take a swim in the lake (Bilharzia free), go canoeing or take a boat trip on the lake to surrounding communities and the punishment Island.Dinner and overnight at Bird nest Resort –Arcadia Cottages Bunyonyi /Bunyonyi Safari Lodge- Bunyonyi Overland camp.Full Board
Day 14 – Lake Bunyonyi – Lake Mburo
After breakfast and relaxation, drive leisurely through the mountains and cattle countryside to Lake Mburo. There are five lakes in the park with surrounding rolling hills. It is mostly woodland harboring beautiful bird species, leopards, hyenas, zebras and the rare topi and Eland antelopes. Hippos and crocodiles are common on the lake. In the afternoon, go for a game drive.Dinner and overnight at Rwakobo Rock Arcadia Cottages Mburo/Mpogo Safari Lodge.Full Board
Day 15 – Lake Mburo – Entebbe
After breakfast, you will have the last game drive ,then transfer to Entebbe for your departure flight with a lunch en route ,you will have a stop at the Equator crossing.Media Pension
