Day 1-Entebbe
On arrival at the Entebbe airport, you will be received by our representative and transferred to the hotel at Papyrus Guest House – Lake Victoria View Guest House, African Roots.BB
Day 2- Murchison Falls National Park
After breakfast, transfer to Murchison Falls National Park. Passing through the district of Masindi. You will have a stopover at the Ziwa rhino sanctuary for a nature walk to visit the Rhinos in its habitant. After lunch, you will proceed with the journey to Uganda’s largest National park. Dinner and overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge – Murchison River Lodge /Pakuba Lodge. Full Board.
Day 3- Murchison Falls National Park
After breakfast, you will have a game drive in search for animals like Elephants, Buffaloes, and so many others. Lunch and in the afternoon, you will take a boat ride along the Nile to the source of Murchison Falls where you will be able to see plenty of crocodiles, buffaloes, elephants, birds and hippos. Upon arrival at the bottom of the falls, you will leave the launch and take a guided nature walk along the falls up to the top of the falls. This is a beautiful and exciting walk which exposes you to the mighty force of Murchison falls. Dinner and overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge – Murchison River Lodge /Pakuba Lodge. Full Board.
Day 4 – Kibale National Park
After breakfast drive to Fort Portal passing through sugarcane, tea, banana, coffee plantations. You will reach Kibale National Park, in time for lunch, after lunch you will have a nature walk or visit the community. Dinner and overnight at Primate Lodge – Crater Safari Lodge / Chimpanzee Guest House-Isunga Lodge. FB
Day 5- Fort Portal – Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, you will proceed to Kibale National Park for a walk in the forest to search for Chimpanzees. Lunch and later you will head to Queen Elizabeth National Park through Fort Portal town towards Kasese town. You will be driving along the Mighty Mt. Rwenzori where you will have a view of the beautiful scenery of the mountain stretching into the snow white skies. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge – Kasenyi Safari Lodge / Park View Lodge-Enganzi Lodge. Full Board
Day 6 – Queen Elizabeth National Park – Bwindi National park
Start the day with an early cup tea/coffee at about 6.30 am before embarking on a game drive along the Kasenyi trail. you will enjoy a wide variety of animals such as elephants, big herds of buffalos, hippopotamuses, warthogs, a variety of antelopes like water bucks, Uganda Kobs, bushbucks or the big cats like lions and leopards and various birds. You will then return to your hotel for hot Lunch. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a 2-hour boat ride on the Kazinga Channel. Kazinga channel is a 40 km natural canal that connects Lake Edward and Lake George.
During the boat ride, you will encounter Buffaloes, Elephants, Hippos, Kobs, Nile monitor lizards, Nile Crocodiles plus warthogs and the Giant Forest Hog among others. As they come down to cool off the heat from the sun and quench their thirst. You will also enjoy a wide variety of bird species both native and immigrant birds from Europe as the channel is a habitat of more than 350 species of birds. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari lodge – Kasenyi Safari Camp / Park View Lodge – Ihamba Safari Lodge. Full Board
Day 7 Queen Elizabeth – Bwindi National Park
After breakfast, you will proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will drive through Ishasha sector in search for the tree climbing lions. This activity is very interesting as you see lions targeting their prey while in the trees. Lunch. After which you will leave the National Park and drive to Bwindi. Dinner and overnight at Bwindi Engagi Lodge – Bwindi Jungle Lodge /Broadbill Forest Lodge – Gorilla Valley Lodge. Full Board.
Day 8- Gorilla Trekking
After breakfast, transfer to the Bwindi Impenetrable Park for the trekking of the mountain gorilla.The walking can sometimes be tough and long taking over 6-8 hours (don’t forget to carry with you water and food packed for you at the lodge), but when you encounter these magnificent animals, you will be allowed to be with them for 1Hour taking photos and videos.Dinner and overnight at Bwindi Engagi Lodge – Bwindi Jungle Lodge /Broadbill Forest Lodge – Gorilla Valley lodge. Full Board.
Day 9 – Entebbe
After breakfast, return to Kampala /Entebbe for your flight out. Half Board
