Gorilla Habituation is done in the mighty Bwindi Forest in the Rushaga sector. The activity can take 4 Hours and by the end of the safari you will have learnt the behaviour of the Gorillas in their habitat.
Day 1: Arrival
On your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be welcomed to Uganda by our Safari representative. Transfer to lodge for Overnight
Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
The journey to Bwindi impenetrable national park takes you through roadside drum making, fruit and vegetable markets. You will have a short stop over at the Uganda Equator monument where you will have some photography moments with lots of information after this you proceed with the journey to Bwindi.
As you approach Bwindi impenetrable national park you will have views of the terraced hills of Uganda Kigezi highlands. Dinner and overnight
Day 3: Gorilla Habituation experience
Today, the driver guide will transfer you to the briefing area. Only 4 visitors are allowed to join the researchers and rangers on this amazing experience. The activity starts with getting the nests where the gorillas were the previous day following their paths until you locate them.
On locating them you will enjoy approximately 4 hours with the gorillas as you watch them in their natural habitat and see how they live and behave. This experience allows you to get a closer look in their life with information from the researchers. Dinner and overnight
Day 4: Transfer to Entebbe International Airport
Today your driver guide will transfer you to Entebbe international airport your return flight.
